MOQ, price and terms, in writing
A quote covers the specific lot: what it is, how much of it there is, the condition, the price basis, the MOQ and the payment terms. Availability is subject to confirmation until the order is placed.
// 04 — YOU DECIDE
Documents before you commit
Distributor invoices can be shown on request, with supplier names redacted. Delivery arrangements are confirmed per order and destination.
// What is quoted per enquiry, and why
- Minimum order quantity. There is no fixed MOQ. It depends on the lot and the offer sheet it comes from, so quoting one number for everything would be wrong more often than right.
- Price. Prices move with each offer sheet. A published list would be out of date the week after it went up.
- Payment terms. Agreed per order, in writing, before anything ships.
- Delivery. Confirmed per order and destination market.
