CAPRA is a trading intermediary, not a warehouse operation. Cartons arrive from the distributor and leave unopened. This page says plainly what that means, including what we do not do.
We reply within one business day, and send current availability by the end of the second business day.
THE CHAIN

Stock is sourced mainly from authorised distributors overseas, with some local supply. It is consolidated in Hong Kong and released to your forwarder. Nothing is repacked, relabelled or reboxed along the way.

Original cartons, unopened
Goods pass through as received. We do not open, repack or relabel them, so the carton you receive is the one the distributor sealed.

Upstream supplier identities are confidential
We do not disclose our upstream suppliers. A distributor invoice can be shown on request, with names and cost redacted.
// TERMS
Confirmed per order, in writing
MOQ, price basis, payment terms and anything you need on documentation are agreed in writing for the specific lot before it ships.

Travels with the goods, listing cartons and quantities. It does not carry weights; your forwarder takes those at collection.

We send our Hong Kong Business Registration certificate on request, so you can confirm who you are contracting with.
LIMITS
What we do not do.
These are the limits of what CAPRA can stand behind.
- No inspection or authentication service. Cartons move unopened, so we do not inspect, grade or authenticate individual pairs, and we do not publish a claim that we do.
- No brand authorisation. Naming a brand we have quoted says nothing about a relationship with that brand. We have none.
- No supplier disclosure. Redacted documents, yes. Names, no.
